There are many methods of treatment of tuberculosis but one should start with treating the symptoms using the effective home remedies. Herbal remedies don’t have any side effects and make the process of getting back to normal life once again faster and better.

1. GarlicGarlic for tuberculosis

Garlic has plenty of sulfuric acids which kill the TB causing germs. The presence of allicin and ajoene in it makes sure that the growth of bacteria is stopped. You can consume garlic in both raw as well as cooked form. Mix chopped garlic with a cup of milk and four cups of water and Boil it until it becomes one-fourth of its actual volume. Drink this mixture two or three times a day for the best results.




2. BananasBananas for tubrculosis

Bananas are rich in calcium and nutrients. They help in boosting the immune system of the patient having TB. If the patient is having cough and fever, bananas are effective in treating them. You can take a ripe banana, mash and mix it in coconut water, one cup yogurt and one tablespoon honey and drink this mixture twice a day for the best results.
