1. Cold Milk

Directions

Take half a glass of cold milk and mix one teaspoon of honey (optional) in it. Have it at night or when you are experiencing heartburn. It is also recommended to mix half glass of chilled water in half glass of cold milk to get rid of heartburn. Continue doing the remedy until heartburn is completely cured.

 

2. Peppermint tea
