Addison’s disease is a disorder which occurs when the body produces less amount of adrenal secretion. ∇  Cushing’s disease: Caused by increased secretion of ACTH (adrenocortical tropic hormone) hormone from the anterior pituitary. It is the result of pituitary adenoma. Due to overproduction of corticotropin-releasing hormone, it stimulates the synthesis of cortisol by the adrenal gland.

∇  Huntington’s disease: Huntington ’s disease is a disorder which results in the death of brain cells.The mental disability results in dementia. In this disease physical ability becomes worse and even the patient is not able to speak. It is due to an autosomal dominant mutation in either of the two copies of the gene. Its causes are purely genetic.
